Dive Rite Halogen bulb

I have an old Dive Rite halogen canister light. Until DR makes a new great LED, and I can afford it, this is what I'm stuck with.

Unfortunately, the bulb crapped out on me the other day. Does anyone know where I can get a MR11 12V 20W bulb? Here's the kicker; it needs to be the spot light version. Home Depot and such have the flood version, but that isn't going to help me much.

....I would suggest calling Diveriteexpress in Florida, they can help you out, otherwise your local DR dealer should assist. If, however, you are looking at saving $ by using a Home Depot bulb, then I have no idea about that. I sold my 50W Halogen DR can light a few yrs ago.....it was just WAT TOO BIG/HEAVY to mess with......I think the whole thing weighed 17 lbs !!! Now using the DR 10W HID Slimline......and plan to buy a new Oxycheq LED can light when they are released this fall/winter.

Ya, both Diveriteexpress and Dive Rite themselves told me to go to Home Depot. DR no longer makes the light, apparently because they couldn't get that style bulb anymore. Oh well, thanks for the idea though.

....Diverite didn't actually manufacture the bulbs my unit used.....I forget who the manufacturer was....I'd suggest doing an extensive GOOGLE search, if possible, include as much info as you can dig up on the bulb.....it's highly likely there's old stock floating around out there, even if it's a discontinued bulb.
