Got a chance to dive on 12/1/05 with ScubaQuest's boat " The Wetter the Better " out of West Palm Beach Florida. Cold water temps at 72 degrees.

Caught 5 lobsters and a 14" hog along with a 12 in Mango snapper. Good dinner fixin's for sure!!

Post up your fish photos!!!!This forum needs more of them!!

What is the # to schedule a dive with them. I live in tampa but usually dive the west palm/boca area. I've been out on a couple boats there and they will not let you bring catches back:(

Thanks, Sam

Depends on the boat. Most of the ones that I have been on allowed spearing. I'm not all that thrilled with strangers with spearguns though.

Give capt Tony and the Diversity a call (http://www.thediversity.com) He often hosts spearos and bug catchers. Need your own gear and license, though.

I've scheduled a full moon dive for lobsters with the boat fathoms o' fun for 1/14/06

Shall be fun... I posted a new thread with info about it.

Captain Bill on the Wetter the Better will always show you lots of bugs and fish and some of the best dive spots on the Palm Beaches.

Contact him through ScubaQuest (temporarily unreachable in Palm Beach) or contact me and I will set you up. He is one of the most experienced captains on the coast.
