I dived with Taino Divers back in October and would recommend them. Not sure about the others as I never used them.
Sea Ventures or as it is also known Palmas Dive Center is a very well run and safe op. Call them and ask for Christine. Tell her I referred you. Very nice lady and will not try to BS you when it comes to conditions, suitability of sites, etc.
