Twin Dolphins or Pacific Scuba. Both excellent with small boats, not cattle boats.

I did one dive with Vallarta Adventures before, but it was part of my PADI Discover Scuba Program. Since then I got my SDI OW.
 
Hi Steve,

I like Chico's (http://www.chicos-diveshop.com/). Many of the other PV ops are real cattle boats.

If you're a confident diver and can handle the boat ride, I highly recommend the expedition to El Morro and Chimo.
