Welcome to ScubaBoard, or did DandeLion beat me to it?
Roatan is a great place to get a taste of diving in the Bay Islands, and I assume that's where your big floating hotel will come ashore.
The best options?
1) Where the rest of your boat will be going, Anthony's Key to go pester Flipper.
2) SubWay Watersports, the best day-dive op on the island
3) CoCoView where you'll probably wish you had gone instead of the cruise.
Otherwise... do a "search" here, using words such as ROATAN CRUISE . This has been asked maybe once or so before.
