Anyone have any idea what the best dive ladder would be for a 26' Rigid? I'm just trying to figure out what style I will be using. Any help would be appreciated.

May be just my experiences, but I've dived from several different types of RIB's, none of which had a ladder.

The divers doffed the gear in the water, finned up and over the tubes and then retrieved the gear.

The Caribe's on the Cuan Law in the BVIs have a narrow (maybe 12-14" wide?) metal rail & wood-step ladder that flips down over the transom next to the outboard. It made clambering onto the dinghy a snap. The slat steps definitely beat a narrow tubular rung in my book, which feels like rebar when climbing with all your gear and a tank.

I have an 18' boat with 25" pontoons and use a ladder very similar to the one offered by "inflatableboatparts.com". Most of the divers in my boat don and doff their rigs in the water and kick their way into the boat. The smaller ones and the older ones use the ladder. I've had my ladder for 15 years, it's made from aluminum and plastic and works very well.

We dont use a ladder we tie off our BC's and inflate them then take our gear off in the water and flop aboard. Its a lot of fun. If you find a good ladder pleas PM me.

The beauty of RIBs is that you don't need a ladder.
