Hey John, great idea for spending your birthday.
Every year on my birthday I try to do something I've never done before. This year I was planning to hit 130'. I've actually been saving it... I've been pulling back once I hit 127' just so I have something for my birthday. :dork2:

I'm hoping to get out on the morning of the 3rd, I'll let you know when I know for sure and maybe we can hook up.

Where are you planning to go?

a few of us. Kyle, Scott, Mike, Ange and myself are doing Kevin. Meeting around 9:30.

Randy and I went to porteau and did a nice 88 minute dive to the Nakaya. The whole structure is collapsing fast and there is not much left on top of her. A whole upper deck portion I believe the wheel house has slid off the top and landed on the floor to the south of it. Metal beams are rotten and ready to collapse at the next big storm. Be cautious if you are going to dive it anytime soon.:blessing:

on our return to shore we spotted a baby Great Pacific Octopus... we played with him for a while till he inked us. Got lots of pics hope to post some soon.
