Perfect! Thanks everyone, I did get a DAN policy. I figured those who have done out of the country dives before would likely know. My health insurance coverage is rather limited outside the US, so I love the extra 10K in coverage for non-diving events too :)
 
FWIW - Here's what my insurance company (Blue Shield of California) said:

Emergency and Urgent services are covered when traveling
outside the USA. You are responsible for obtaining an English
language translation of the claim and all medical records.
This would include medically necessary services such as a
decompression chamber. Medical evacuation is covered to the
nearest facility that can handle your medical situation.

I signed up for DAN anyway - just to be on the safe side.
