Cool thanks i have used laguna Sea Sport but thats usually specific to shaws and surrounding areas. most the time i use Forecasts to get the forcast but was looking for additional places to confirm what i think i know

Hey FrankPro1. Good links, thanks.
I was up at OML last night (viewing only), but the VIS looked poor.
It's been a good sumer of freediving at CTC for me. I walk it out all the way to the sand spit on the left and explore all the rocks from there.
The GE is doing a trip this Saturday to the "blue triangle" at Catalina.
You should come along.
