Good morning folks,
We have an urchin dive coming up tomorrow at Stillwater Cove in Sonoma County.
Meet time is 8 AM. You can unload your gear down in the Cove parking lot, but there is a 10 minute parking limit, so after you unload you'll need to move your car either up to the turnout on the highway or up to the day use parking lot in the campground which is eight dollars a day. If you have never attended a dive in any capacity whether diving or shore support, you will need to fill out a liability waiver. I will have several on hand. If you're new please be there on time so we can get you squared away.
If you are unfamiliar with urchin collection please read the stickies I have at the top of this forum. I have all the information about gear and techniques outlined. Bring two tanks and bring your lunch. It's supposed to be a very nice day so don't forget your sunscreen!
So far we have a pretty good turnout. If you plan to go please respond so I can get a headcount.
