Hi ya'all (or is that down south?), I'm trying to make a listing of dive clubs across the US for high school and college scholarship information. Does anyone know of any dive clubs in this forum's area (Mid-West)?

If so, would you please list it with any known working links, emails or if you prefer, PM me or email to: pmarck@underwatereducation.org.

Thanks to all in advance and safe diving.

Deep Dixie Divers is NOT Midwest, it's kinda South. The Midwesters hang out in the Midwest Muck Divers forum.

BTW-What do dive clubs have to do with scholarships?

Hi. dive clubs have nothing to do with the scholarships. However, since we offer scholarships to high school seniors who are interested in marine conservation/preservation, but may not be able purchase lessons and/or equipment AND in addition we offer scholarships to college undergraduate students in the marine sciences (many of whom are already certified divers), notifiying dive clubs about the scholarships available is a good way to make the diving scholarships known.

Please visit http://www.underwatereducation.org to read about quidelines and applications.

Thanks for your inquiry.

Pete
