You have Lu Jaqs (sp?) out of Anacortes. There is Ocean Quest out of Des Moines and Bandito Charters out of Tacoma. I'll check if PNW Dive Charters is in Neah Bay. If you can swing a trip to the Olympic Peninsula, I'd highly recommend diving with PNWDC. The Strait is the best diving in Washington state. I'll post an update later
