Dive boat captain/crew pay?

Hi - I am new to this "world" and we are considering starting a dive boat operation at a property owned on Big Island.

Are you a diver with experiance at that location? If not, man is it going to be hard. You will have to hire _eveything_ out. Not much left for you. much of the income will come from tips. This is a job you do because you like doing it, not to get rich.
