hi

i never used a belt, alway used integrated weight.
now i have tek vest, i don't really now how to attach it.

for the left part, like we can see, i reinserted the belt in the in first hole... don't know if it's the way to go......

for the right part, if i close the buckle, the textil move easily...

what is the correct way to do it?

you can see a picture of how it is supposed to look on there.

down through one, up through two, down through 3, then back up through one.

Make sure when you are putting weights on that you twist the webbing on the last weight on the open side so they can't slide off.
 
Irrespective of how the buckle is threaded... if the free end of the belt slides through the closed buckle you've got a problem with the buckle. Sometimes they can get bent to the point where they don't close tightly. If that's the situation, simply push the bottom/back part of the belt in to decrease the space.
