what was the result of Jennifer Coyne who died diving there with craig from seattle scuba schools. They said it was rental gear failure, my first thought it was craig set the IP pressure up so the Improper working reg would not freeflow. Its been awhile on this case.
Now back in 98 when craig first came back to usa from japan, he worked for discount divers and did a trip with ocean explorers and had a diver die there. Ian hall the owner told me what happen and I am wondering if anything came from Jennifers death in the law suit.
She died in july of 2007, and was in a lawsuit in june 2009.
Does anyone have the outcome of this and did the equipment be the result.
