We've got a big family reunion scheduled in Maui over Christmas break and although we are already booked for a couple of dive days, my non-diving brother-in-law is looking to experience a Discover Scuba class. Any suggestions on a dive op? Mahalo.

Maui Dreams Dive Co. (http://www.mauidreamsdiveco.com) is the place, in my opinion. Second choice: Maui Sun Divers (http://www.mauisundivers.com)

If you're staying in Kaanapali, consider booking with Lahaina Divers. They do an excellent job with beginners and discover scuba folks.

Kris's suggestions are viable but would he enjoy doing it at Molokini instead of on a shore dive? If that sounds better then check out B&B Scuba. They do them out there all the time.

B&B is who we're booked with and they don't have any openings (Christmas week and all). Thanks to all who responded. It's appreciated.

The best answers sometimes require more info. Where are you staying?

If Warren Vanderbilt is still with Extended Horizons, I can HIGLY recommend him. He is the reason I am a diver. He was very patient with an anxious diver who got freeked out in water over my head.
