Well it has been rumored for a while, but it's finally a done deal! Bonaire and Continental signed the agreement yesterday (http://www.infobonaire.com/breaking_news/2006_July_19.html)
The flights begin December 16th once a week. No times or flight numbers have been announced. I just checked and it is not in their system. This will come in time.
But hey, it's a done deal! Yipee!
