Dilberts salary theorem states the engineers and scientists will never in whole earn as much as business execs, sales people, accountants, etc. This can now be proved through mathmatical derivation.

Since we know that:

1.) Knowledge is power
2.) Time is money
3.) Power = work/time

We can derive the following:

Since knowledge = power, then it follows that:
Knowledge = work/time, and since we know that:
time = money, we can solve for money and obtain:

Money = work/knowledge (our working equation)

Therefore as knowledge approaches zero, money approaches infinity, regardless of the amount of work done.

Please feel free to substitute your own profession where you may and start you own theorem as i know many engineers and scientists whose salaries should have already past infinity.
