Hello,
I am brand new to diving -- planning on starting the OW course in the next month or two. I have had a problem for a couple of years where the pressure feels wrong in my ears (hard to describe). I went to both an ENT and a regular doctor about a year and a half ago and they couldn't find anything specifically wrong. I can pop my ears a little bit--the problem seems to be more in the right ear than the left. I have no pain or problems when flying. When I take sudafed or flonase it gets a little bit better, but the problem is still there. I know that I can't use this board for medical advice but I was wondering if anyone else here has dove with a similar condition. I'm wondering if I should go ahead with my course or not. I don't know if its necessary to see yet another doctor about this since the first two found nothing specifically wrong or if I'm making a big deal out of nothing. Anyway I'm rambling now but I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance!
