Hi are there any pages og downloadable video there show the different styles og ways to swim with fins?

not that i know of ... but some kicking food for thought:

You got the Kick kick - probably what you already do (same as when you snorkel)
You got the Frog Kick - Watch a frog swimming and you will see what i mean ( good for not disturbing the bottom)
You got the sissor kick - like a frog kick but with a twist... think about it and you will probably get it. (same as the scissor kick swimming style)
You got the Flutter Kick - like the kick kick but with much shorter faster strokes (good for split fins)

Theres a start... no doubt theres many more

5thdx.com has a couple videos in their learning center section. Deep south divers deepsouthdivers.org (not .com) probably has some too in their video section.

I highly recommend the Intro to Tech video from 5thD-X. It's better than the Essentials video because it uses voice-overs and grease pencil to highlight the details of the skills. It has all the kicks (frog, modified frog, modified flutter, and back) and the helicopter turns as well. It's not downloadable, but it's worth the money.

I'll second Lynne's advice.

I agree that the Intro to Tech video is the better of the two. On the other hand, I couldn't get either to mount on my Mac G5(1st generation), although it did on the newer Macs in the local Apple store. They work fine on my Sony DVD player.
