I'm a Fish!
Seems to me if BC sizes are designed for cold water diving then they would be sized to accommodate the bulk of exposure suits.

Would it be correct to assume if diving warm water that a BC one size smaller woul be a better fit?

I have dived Scubapro Stab Jackets in Large in California and find they are a bit large when diving in the Philippines. Was considering buying a Medium? I am 6'-2" weigh 210lbs.

Anyone have experience in this?

It really depends on where you fall in the size range. My Oceanic Probe fits me in a swim suit or my drysuit. But then again I'm in the middle of their size range. And in any suit there is some room for improvement in fit. This is why I went to a BPW. It fits me with a couple small adjustments that take less than a minute. I don't have to try to find one that I fit into.
