I absolutely love my DS V, and don't plan to change from it any time soon. Just curious what the difference was between these two regs. My LDS said something about the chamber, but not really sure. Wondering when the difference would be noticeable. I'm considering going tech. I think the DS V would be fine to get started with but I am curious about the Flathead.

The DS-V would be fine for most tech diving.

The chamber in the FH6 is bigger, the reg is ported differently, which allows a better flow of air, etc...

On deeper drops, you would probably notice the difference between the two regs, but above 150 fsw, probably not so much...

Thanks,

Scott
