Does anyone who has celiac have experience on an Aggressor ship? I’m thinking of booking a trip this summer (maybe Turks & Caicos?), but the quote below from their website doesn’t really inspire a lot of confidence when I’m paying nearly $4k for the week.
Once onboard, please speak to the chef about any special needs. Certain special dietary and beverage requests may not be available due to the remote nature of this location.
Would love to hear anyone’s actual experience eating GF on any of the Aggressor fleet (bonus internet points if it’s either recent or the T&C aggressor or you name the ship you were on).

I'm not celiac, but gave up bread and wheat pasta a long time ago. Will be on an Aggressor trip (BVI) 3 weeks from now and will be happy to report back what I learn. I think it would be very difficult for them to be able to guarantee no cross-contamination of foods, considering the small size of the galleys on liveaboards.
