We're thinking about hitting the jeddies at low tide sometime this weekend. Not sure yet though, theres a big swirling thing out in the Atlantic that I'd like to know what it may want to do first :)

Can that safetly be done. From what I have read on this board and from what the local dive shops have told me you are dumb to dive during the low tide. suprbugman I know that you have did many dives in the jetties down there. Is this true. Are the currents more severe at different times of the year or do they remain constant as the tides go in and out?

Dunno if you got this in time, I work out of town atleast one night a week(two nights this week) so I haven't been able to keep up, but we aren't heading to Destin this weekend. We will be hitting the Whiskey Wreck a few times in hopes to see some of these sharks that have been all over the news :)
