DEMA Texas Steakhouse

We'll be attending DEMA in Houston this October ... and although I've read anumber of posts about the Scuba Board DEMA BBQ ... we would like to go out for a steak one night ... just wondering if there is anybody familiar with the Houston area who could suggest a good steakhouse?
