Im watching it too, right now, just starting the sat dive. I fished for several years in that area. Glad the mess was found....It's back on!

OK, so how are they gonna suck peanut butter through a straw?

VERY carefully ;)

Seriously though I've enjoyed watching Deep Sea Detectives, even before I was certified. The show has given me some ideas for future diving trips (Guam, the Normandy coast of France) and now that I'm a diver it's fun to see things in the show that I used to never notice before.

Speaking of which did anybody notice John Chatterton's SPG dangling all over the place? :11:

That's funny, I turned it on for about 20 seconds last night, and that was the one thing that grabbed my attention (was busy watching Dallas/TN game)

I think he said he was around 125' when they were filming

Talking about danglies and such, I noticed that he was using a FFM and he had a single stage bottle. So, does that mean he would have to take off the FFM at his gas-switch stop?

Years ago I saw a system that allowed a FFM wearer use an octopus, so maybe the same set up is used for the stage bottle.

So was that Dan Crowell he was diving with?

Looked like his face, John C. did say in his posts about Michael Norwood's death that Dan Crowell was running camera on that dive, so Crowelll must be working on some of the shows.

Yeah but this was an AGM, not one with the un-clipping oral/nasal. Maybe he had a quick-disc. on the hoses? Pop the backgas hose off, pop on the deco gas.....?
