It was not the case back when I took mine in 2013. I had to pay. It does come « free » if you have a gold membership with GUE, however. At least ver 3. Version 4 had a 50% discount in this case.

Version 3 is very old - the interface looks like based on Windows 2.0 but it works.

I just noticed that "DecoPlanner 4" is the same software as "DivePlan2" created by Luca Palezza.
