Deco math model + table

1 - I have started to develop a .net application for Pocket PC for SCR rebreather diver.
I'm looking for mathematic model about Nitrox and Trimix Deco.

The Goal is to provide an application under GNU licence.

2 - What about royalyies to copy a deco table into a open source application ?
