It's a few points over from Ogden Point. Just look for all the kites and parasails while driving along Dallas Road in Victoria. I think we have sort of a messed up "combination measurment system. I think in kilometers and meters for distance, but feet for depth and height. Although we use kilometers for distance on land we still use nautical miles for distance on the water. I assume 10-mile point was "10 nautical mile" point even when regular miles were still in use here on land.
