I'm going to be in the DC area next week and had a couple questions. 1. Are there any good spots to dive around the area this time of year or is it too cold still? 2. If there are good dive spots does anyone want to go?

The water is cold but with a drysuit you may do fine. Lake Rawlings is to the South if they are open. There are several quarries in Pennyslvania but I dont know if they will be open.
Not much open this time of year, and water temps in low to mid 30's
