The gist of the decision was the trial judge gave faulty instructions to the jury, basically instructing them to ignore the defense's case and only pay attention to the prosecution. They've also ordered that there be no re-trial, given the length of time since the alleged incident and the difficulty of recalling defense witnesses at this point.
