@Tippytoes12 , I've been told a lot of things by Philippines locals that weren't true. Yet I doubt Negros dive shop have enough demand to use their dive boats to go to Oslob and are rather arranging the Duma to Cebu Island ferry and transfers to get to an Oslob dive shop. Perhaps that's what they meant. I just googled Mikes Dauin Oslob, it does appear at one time Mike's could arrange an Oslob trip
