DataPro Plus 2 errors

Today when I went to go diving using my Oceanic DataPro Plus 2 I got a display flashing ALT and CAL. Holding down the left button for a few secs it it would countdown but then go back to that display. Air on off, made no difference.

The computer is less than 6 months old, maybe 40 dives or so. I changed the battery, leaving the new one out for 5 mins to reset it to no avail.

Any ideas to cure the green screen of death?

Return to the dealer (UWS Seattle)? Do I have to wait for you guys to evaluate or can it just be swapped out as it's so new? I need it for diving now...

Hi Jack,

The bad news is that it will need to come back to us. The good news is that our in-house turn around time is usually 3 days or less. Take it back to Underwater Sports, and we'll get you back in the water as soon as possible.
