Read the sites, just wanted to post here to confirm/confuse the issue.

Please answer True or False: (if false, please explain)

I'm a US citizen living in Japan so I must enroll with DAN Japan, not DAN USA.

DAN coverage is, obstensibly, world wide.

I would think you could enroll wherever you wanted to, regardless of citizenship. It should cover you where ever you are.

Just like PADI or NAUI, they are both worldwide but have different orgnaizations for different geographic parts of the world.

You would enroll in DAN USA.

Coverage is world-wide.
