Dahab has some 25+ dive shops to choose from.

It depends on the equipment you're looking for. For basic recreational SCUBA diving equipment, you'll find a variety.

More like 4 equipment shops, they are all "decent"
Computers are not particulary cheap in egypt though,
the cheapest things to buy are suits.... like cressi and bechaump is cheap....

Beau****e is cheap for good reason. Dont expect computers or other things to be any cheaper than Europe - they wont be. Everything generally is tourist prices.

If you buy from your diveshop and get friendly with them they might give you "staff price" anywhere between 20-40% off the shelf price.... show your C-card (DM or higher)

I agree on the beauchamp, I'd go for cressi, I think they are made in Egypt, hence the cheap price... and they are the only ones with zippers on a full 3mm
