Dacor Viper

What is the difference, besides the obvious, Between the Dacor Gold and the Dacor Metal?

And are either of these nitrox ready?

If your breathing off a dacor it doesn't make 1 bit of difference.

My understanding is that the metal is supposed help keep the air moist and not cause as much cottom mouth. I have a buddy that uses one and swears it works. I've never tried it.
