New, as in never used. When I opened the bag and unpacked the unit out of the styrofoam, it did not even have a fingerprint on it. No silicone grease on o-ring seals, has an extra black o-ring seal. Not a spec of dust or contamination in or out on it. Not even any water staining or water marks in or out. Mint condition. I hope the pictures show this, if not I can do better/closer macros pics. It has the yellow transport bag and styrofoam container. It does not have a battery. I did bench test the unit for 5 seconds ,and it runs fine. $1000 USD, plus shipping. I can box for shipping, cardboard or wood. I am in New Hampshire, USA
