Dabirahe Resort? (Formerly Lembeh Hills)

Last time I was there, I stayed at KBR and loved it, but was offered a pretty good deal for Dabirahe. Has anyone ever stayed there? If so, what were your thoughts on it? I was extremely impressed by the dive guides at KBR, and the DM quality is not something I want to make a sacrifice on. IMO, a trip to Lembeh is only as good as your dive guide. I was told they typically do a 4/1 diver/guide ratio, which seems high for the area. I'm hoping that is actually their Max ratio, and thought I would ask around to see what the actual norm is.

I know they used to be called Lembeh Hills, but when a place undergoes a rebranding, typically several things change, so I'm not going to bother with looking up reviews of Lembeh Hills on here.
