I’ve shot Nikon for years. Headed to Raja Ampat in December for snorkeling tour (no diving). So I have all the gear now. D850, Ikelite housing, flashes (the kit and caboodle).
So as a newbie, with this type of gear just for snorkeling, a bad idea given the location? Should I go to dive shop (with pool) have them teach me?
In case you say go for it, which Nikon lens or lens to bring?
Otherwise, what simpler camera to get?
