While conducting an online search today I chanced upon Dušan Šuráni's vintage diving website for the first time at
Vintage Scuba Collection - sbírka potáp
Although the site is in Czech, any text can be easily if roughly rendered into English via Google Translate. There are plenty of captioned illustrations, including pictures of, and texts for, two pages of double-hose regulators, some of them East European, e.g. Czech, Polish, GDR and Yugoslavian:
