Cylinder exploded while being filled at a hotel resort dive shop Blue World Explorer Meridian Hotel Mauritius and the filler killed a couple of days back.
Details of the accident are on the accident Forum List. This post is simply to show the impact of a cylinder explosion in our compressor section showing photos of the damage.

Also on the Island of Mauritius an example of how low pressure compressors can be used and repacked to save space. A new way of repacking cartridges to save space and money I guess.
