While diving in December the inflator hose dump valve on my Zeagle Zena literally fell apart. With over 650 dives on the BC, it was the first and only thing that ever broke, so I wasn't hugely surprised. I sent it back to Scuba Toys who sent it back to Zeagle for repair. After a long 8 week wait I got my Zena back today with a brand new wing, new inflator hose, and new BX inflator ALL under warranty!
The only "complaint" I have is that my old wing was a 24# wing and the new one is bigger at 31#, which I avoided years ago when I bought my Zena by buying the previous years model. So ultimately there's really nothing to complain about.
Kudos to Scuba Toys and Zeagle for excellent customer service.
