Clearly Cayman Dive Resorts is looking for one full-time or up to two part-time Account/Reservations Representatives who can get excited about making dream scuba vacations a reality for our individual and group guests. If you're a diver or would like to become one, if you love the idea of communicating with potential and current guests about their dive vacation needs and helping them select the right resort and services, and if you have the ability to work in what is sometimes a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment - then we'd like to meet you.

Compensation range for full-time, hourly employee after probationary period is $36-42K, including variable incentives. Hourly rate of $17-20/hour including variable incentives. Base pay depends on experience. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance (full-time, only) with vacation and travel benefits for both part-time and full-time.

We are part of JEM Worldwide LLC, a third generation, family-owned company with more than 25 years' experience operating the finest diving resorts in the Cayman Islands: Little Cayman Beach Resort on Little Cayman, Cayman Brac Beach Resort on Cayman Brac, and Cobalt Coast Resort on Grand Cayman. We have a very high percentage of repeat guests who love our resorts, our staff, and our chef-prepared food. But they name our Reef Divers operation (our dive business at all 3 resorts) as their #1 reason for returning again and again.

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential guests, helping them select and finalize resort, accommodations, meal, and dive package options - then finalizing the sale in a manner that the guest feels served and not sold
- Be accurate in booking, changing, and collecting payment for reservations in our system to ensure that guests are charged correctly and that guests nor our resort staff are inconvenienced by errors
- Be willing to work as part of a small Customer Account team, taking on additional administrative other responsibilities and helping others as time allows - since incentives depend on group team results
- Make timely email and phone communications with our guests personable, so they feel good about interactions with us whether you make a sale or not
- Work efficiently and be willing to learn and use good business judgement and our company values in guiding decisions you make on our behalf
- Be willing to do follow-up emails and phone calls with individuals, groups, and resellers of our dive vacation packages to monitor their sales of reservations we already have and to prospect for additional business
- Be willing to become a sponge to learn about our 3 resorts, our Reef Divers operations, and gain a good understanding about all 3 Cayman Islands so you can be a great resource for our guests and potential guests
- Prefer someone who is a scuba diver or willing to become one at company expense
- Good, fast, accurate keyboard skills
- Individual who is resourceful in finding answers and preventing and solving problems
- Friendly disposition that translates into good written, phone, and in-person communications
- Knowledge of MS Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, Skype)
- Good communicator, able to put together clear, concise written communications and to time-manage phone conversations in clear telephone voice
- Flexible scheduling - part-time or full-time with potential for some work-at-home after training is completed
- Live in the St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay Area, since relocation will not be covered
