Try a Bare Elastek suit...REALLY nice formfitting suit that comes in odd size such as MLT or XLT (probably what you're looking for). We sell them in our shop and have yet to have a complaint about the fit. The tend to stretch better than your typical neoprene.
 
Me being 6'-7" and 230# (that be tall & skinny) with ape length arms, Wetwear did me up a wonderful suit. Give Connie a call!
 
Another vote for wetwear. I wear their stretch 3mm. Very nice fit. Amazing suit.
 
We use to take a suit and an old suit, cut arm and leg sections out of the old suit and sew the sections into the new one......If you have a sail maker/marine upholstery shop in your area they have the machines that can do it......It's less expensive than custom........
