I have an idea for an item to mount computer, compass, knife etc. It would be a zipper on sleeve out of suit material.
Basically the last 14 " of a suit arm. Measured and made to fit over your suit or bare arm depending on temp.Velcro watch straps used to mount instruments. Small knife can be attached on back side. I don't like dangling consoles or retractors. This would put everything on in one shot.
Anyone know where I can purchase material and zippers or
have it done for me ?

I have seen sleeves made out of thin neoprene that went over the gauges with cutout for the gauge faces. You put on the gauges with what ever strap they use then the sleeve is pulled over, the cutouts are matched to the gauge faces it was pretty slick, I would guess the neoprene was 2mm and very stretchy.
