I, on the other hand have had nothing but trouble with Pinnacle. I ordered a suit which was supposed to fit according to the sizing chart. It turned out it wasn't close, I sent it back and waited 4 weeks for a refund. They said they were moving to a new location, but the fact remains I was without a suit AND $1200 for a month.

What was your LDS doing this whole time? I have had suits not fit customers, some take a little longer to get fitted properly, due to it being a drysuit and we want it to be perfect, but we have had nothing but great customer service with Pinnacle. They allow us to offer excellent service to our customers and stand behind what we sell.

Im sorry to hear about your wait for the suit, but who had your money? Pinnacle or your Dive shop ....Most likely the reason it took so long is that your LDS didnt want to cough up that money because they didnt have it anymore......Pinnacle Credits back the suit, usually pretty quickly.....and if you ask them to, they will do it immediately...
