I purchased a custom made wetsuit back in 2005 from Liquid fit, at the time I was 6-1 and 375#. I wore the suit for my certification and one open water dive. I moved to Virginia shortly after and did not maintain diving so all three suits have been hanging in the closet; now I am about 190# so the suits would not fit me anyway. I can not swear on the thicknesses of these, but as I remember the black suit is 1.5mil, the full suit and the core warmer are both 3 mil. The core warmer can be worn over the thinner suit if you want a little more thickness on your trunk.
