I hesitated to answer since I've never dove right there, but I suspect it's a relative term. The shape of the coastline might play into it but I think the strongest currents would be where Klein offshore forms a funnel.

Dove that area a fair amount since we stay at Lighthouse Beach Resort. Don't remember any current or so weak as to be negligible.

Did my Dive Friends check out dive at Delfins recently, at 9 AM there was no noticeable current and we did a full dive out on the reef.
