In some dives wherein theres no "dry room" available, I resort to this technique which is very effective, though needs patience & practice.
U need a 4-gallon transparent plastic bag or bigger. Put housing & camera inside the bag. squeeze out as much air as possible. Then fill the bag halfway with scuba air. Mount the camera into the housing & close.
Even without dissicant, it will not condense because the air trapped inside your housing will be very dry.
