Our Toronto based scuba club is celebrating the 50th year by planning a trip to Curacao -a dive vacation that is new to most members. I understand that there are many shore dive sites but some of these shores are privately owned. We will book some charters but are interested in keeping costs down. I'd appreciate any info/guidance regarding shore dives, car or truck rental etc.

Most of the privatey owned ones charge a small and reasonable fee to dive there usually $3 TO $5 USD.

I could promote ourselves but you might wanna take a look at Home - Curacao duik magazine (click US flag on the homepage).
There's prices to compare as well (In Dutch " prijzen" $1 = NAF1,75)
It has a diveschool listing as well.
This is the most complete site about diving on Curacao.
